Click here to calculate your household's carbon dioxide emissions using the Empowerment Institute's Personal Carbon Dioxide Calculator.  Then - DO SOMETHING TODAY to lower YOUR carbon footprint!  In order to accurately answer the questions included in the form, you will need to have the following information:

1.   Your last few statements from your electricity, natural gas and/or heating oil providers.

2.   The average weekly or annual miles driven in each of your household¡¯s cars.

3.   The mpg of all your household's cars.

4.   The amount of airplane miles traveled per year.

If you would like to know your personal calculation, simply divide the final total by number of persons in your household.  If you close down your computer before printing your answers, you will lose all your data and have to begin again.
